Privacy policy

MorSigns ("we", "us") operates this website. This page explains what information the site collects, what we do with it, and your choices. We keep it short because the site does very little with your data.

Information you send us

When you submit the quote form or the short quote form, we receive what you type: your name, company, phone number, email address, project address, the sign types you select, your timeline, your notes, and any files you attach. We also record the page the form was on, the time of submission, and how long the form took to complete, which helps us tell real requests from automated spam.

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule a site survey, and follow up about your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

Where the information goes

Form submissions are delivered to us through Zapier, an automation service, which passes them into the business tools we use to manage quotes and jobs (currently ShopVox and ClickUp). Those providers process the data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Email and phone contact go directly to us.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses the Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to measure how visitors use the site and whether our ads bring in quote requests and phone calls. It sets Google cookies and reports to Google when a quote is submitted or a phone link is tapped, along with standard page-view data. It does not send the contents of your quote to Google. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies from googletagmanager.com. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The site uses no chat widgets or other third-party scripts.

Hosting and logs

The site is a static site served by a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and performance. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for the life of the customer relationship and the records we are required to keep for tax and warranty purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent through the site at any time by emailing sales@morsigns.com or calling 832-667-8835. If you would rather not use the form, call or email us instead; the form is optional.

Children

This site is for commercial customers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above.
